DELTA Policies
If you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the start of a program/session, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 7 days before the start of a program/session will result in a refund of all but 7% of the fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the start of any program or session. Credit will be given for another program or session. Exceptions to this policy (major medical issues, etc) should be made in writing, but cannot be guaranteed since planning is done, the coaching staff is hired, and fees go towards running the entire program or session.
If we have to cancel a session due to weather or other reasons, we will try our best to schedule a make-up session but cannot guarantee facility availability or space.
We expect all players and parents to follow team guidelines and DELTA’s code of conduct and team agreement. Failure to do so may mean that a player is not allowed to attend practice, attend events, and could potentially forfeit their position on the squad.
Code of Conduct and Team Agreement
DELTA Field Hockey reserves the right to remove any player from the club at any time for behavior that is unsafe or detrimental to the club as a whole or to the experience of it’s members. Depending on the circumstances, removal may or may not result in a refund.
