Refund Request Timing

The time of your refund request is defined as the moment you submit the DELTA Field Hockey refund request form.

Refund Schedule

Full Refund

DELTA Field Hockey will provide a 100% refund for requests submitted within 72 hours of the purchase as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before the beginning of the league, camp, class, or event associated with the purchase.

AFTER 72 HOURS OF PURCHASE - SITE CREDIT

Full Team Payments

When submitting a full team payment, DELTA Field Hockey will only issue season credits towards future seasons as a "carry-over" credit.

15 Days or More Before Start

Cancellation requests submitted 15 days or more before the scheduled start of the relevant season or program will receive a 100% refund in the form of Site Credit (less a $50 admin fee) to be redeemed for other DELTA Field Hockey activities, subject to availability.

8-14 Days Before Start

Cancellation requests submitted 8-14 days before the scheduled start will receive a 75% refund in the form of Site Credit (less a $50 admin fee) for other DELTA Field Hockey activities, subject to availability.

3-7 Days Before Start

Cancellation requests submitted 3-7 days before the scheduled start will receive a 25% refund in the form of Site Credit (less a $50 admin fee) for other DELTA Field Hockey activities, subject to availability.

48 Hours or Less Before Start

Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled start date will not receive any refunds.

Rescheduled Programs

In the event any program, including leagues, teams, camps, classes, or events, is postponed due to circumstances outside the control of DELTA Field Hockey, we will make every effort to reschedule as soon as possible. Participants unable to join due to a postponement of 8 weeks or more may receive Site Credit.

For programs in progress that are postponed for any reason, DELTA Field Hockey will attempt to reschedule remaining sessions, but no refunds or credits will be provided.

Alternative Digital Programming

For all youth programming, DELTA Field Hockey has alternate digital programming options available if in-person participation is deemed unsafe due to COVID-19 or other circumstances. No refunds or credits will be issued when alternate digital programming is offered.

Refund Approval Guidelines

Adult Leagues

DELTA Field Hockey reserves the right to provide partial or full refunds to players who do not adhere to our policies or quit after registration. Refunds are subject to consideration of participant numbers. If a player withdraws or is removed, refunds may be withheld until a substitute is found.

Participants are not entitled to refunds for not being placed on the requested team or class.

Camps, Clinics, & Youth Programs

Similarly, refunds or partial credits may be issued at our discretion for participants who do not comply with our policies or quit after registration. Injured participants are encouraged to contact the league office to discuss rolling over credit into future seasons.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed within 5-10 days of submission, with any approved refunds or credits processed within 5-10 business days after resolution.

Site Credit

Site Credit can be applied toward registration for any DELTA Field Hockey program, including leagues, camps, classes, or clinics. It cannot be used for third-party ticket offers or other external events.

Make-Up Policy

If we have to cancel a session due to weather or other reasons, we will try our best to schedule a make-up session but cannot guarantee facility availability or space.

Code of Conduct

We expect all players and parents to follow team guidelines and DELTA’s code of conduct and team agreement. Failure to do so may mean that a player is not allowed to attend practice, attend events, and could potentially forfeit their position on the squad.

Code of Conduct and Team Agreement

DELTA Field Hockey reserves the right to remove any player from the club at any time for behavior that is unsafe or detrimental to the club as a whole or to the experience of it’s members.  Depending on the circumstances, removal may or may not result in a refund.
