DELTA Field Hockey offers both individual and group lessons designed to provide personalized training to help players elevate their game. Our expert coaches focus on each athlete’s unique needs, providing tailored drills and techniques that improve core skills such as stick handling, shooting, and game awareness. Whether you're looking for one-on-one instruction or prefer the dynamics of a group setting, our lessons will help players at all levels refine their abilities and gain the confidence they need to succeed on the field.

Individual Lesson Rates

• Darren's Individual Lesson Rate: $175/lesson

• Ally's Individual Lesson Rate: $100/lesson

• Zimm's Individual Lesson Rate: $90/lesson

• Allie's Individual Lesson Rate: $80/lesson

Group Lesson Rates

Group sessions must have a minimum of 3 athletes.  Please organize your group before booking or contact us to see if there are other individual athletes that may be interested in forming a group with you.

• Darren's Group Lesson Rate: $100/athlete

• Ally's Group Lesson Rate: $75/athlete

• Zimm's Group Lesson Rate: $70/athlete

• Allie's Group Lesson Rate: $60/athlete
