This program is designed for players in 3rd and 4th grade who are new to field hockey or who have been just started playing. Practices will be held every other week, starting in January. This team will have one scrimmage opportunity.  

Age groups: U10

*Age groups are based off graduation year, 3rd and 4th graders- U10, 5th and 6th graders- U12, 7th and 8th graders- U14.*

This program is a training only program that is designed for young athletes in 5th & 6th grade who are looking to build game knowledge and skills. No prior experience is required. This team practices 1x a week, starting in December. Players must try-out and be selected to this program. 

Players in this program may have the opportunity to join the U12 Indoor Travel Program and participate in scrimmages and tournaments. DELTA coaches will evaluate players during practices and recommend them for the travel program based on their performance.

This program is designed for young players in 5th & 6th grade who want to build their game knowledge and skills. And who are also looking for a more competitive training environment. No prior experience is required. Team practices 1x a week, starting in December. This program is a travel team and will participate in two scrimmages and two tournaments. Players must try-out and be selected to this program.

This program is a training only program desgined for young athletes in 7th and 8th grade who are looking to build their game knowledge and skills. No prior experience is required. This team will practice 1x a week, starting in December. Players must try-out and be selected to this program. 

Players may have the opportunity to join the Indoor High Performance Team and participate in scrimmages and tournaments. DELTA coaches will evaluate players during practices and recommend them for the travel program based on performance.

 This program is designed for players who want to push themselves to the next level and increase their technical and tactical skills. This team is a travel team and players are expected to attend all practices, scrimmages and tournaments throughout the region. Players must try-out and be selected to this roster.

This program will start in early December and go until February. Teams practice up to 2x a week and will have travel tournaments in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, as well as compete in local tournaments.

Age group is determined by athlete's age as of August 1, 2025 and grad years (ex. high school graduation years '26-27  is U19, graduation years '28-29 are U16).
